Every Thursday from 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM, $10.00 annual fee With four meeting rooms, two hospitality suites and an outdoor courtyard, our hotel can accomodate groups of up to 325 theater style and 275 banquet style.  Whether you require a conference room with catered meals to conduct business meetings or would like to organize a larger gathering in our 2,898 SF Prairie Rose Room, we have a selection of meeting space that is sure to exceed your expectations.  Our professional meeting and banquet staff will handle all of the details, from menu-planning to your audiovisual needs.
